Privacy 
We understand that what you are sharing in your video is very personal information.  We will not share your personal information or video with the public.    

Results  
At least two trained typers will be typing you from the video and info you provide.  We have nearly a 90% consistency rate with typing, though we do occasionally get results that may feel off.  Part of this service includes support, so if one or more of the coins are not settling with you, please email us within 5 days of receiving your results. 

Processing  
Assuming we get all your coins correct, do be prepared to have some shocking self awareness.  This is normal and is probably why you are here.  Chances are you do see yourself accurately, it’s just that the definitions you have connected are probably different from ours.  Remember, we all have all of these coins, but what can be shocking is where you fall on the tribe spectrum.  So what you see as a Savior, might be a Demon (or the other way around).  

Liability

No Refunds   
You are paying for our time and opinion.  We are not guaranteeing that we can get or prove all of your coins.
