INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING VIDEO TYPING REQUEST
1) Record a 60-120 min. video answering the Video Typing Questions below.
2) Save your video as a YouTube unlisted video or to Google Drive.
IMPORTANT: For Google Drive files, you must share the file to the email address
[email protected]. For YouTube, simply include the video link in the payment form.
3) Create a Google doc. Include any other content you think gives insight into who you are (writings,
pictures, extra video clips, social media, etc.
IMPORTANT: You must share this Google doc as “editable” to the email address
[email protected] and link your doc in the payment form.

Disclaimer
Our consistency rate with typing is close to 90%, which means we may get coins wrong from time to time. Part of this service includes support, so if one or more of the coins are not settling well with you, please email us to inquire about a re-typing.

Privacy
We understand that the information shared in your typing video is very personal. We will never share your personal information or video with the public.
Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please email us and request a full refund. If you’d like to be re-typed, you may sign up for Video Typing again after another 90 days. If you do not provide your video link at time of purchase, we will issue you a refund and you may re-submit a typing request and payment when your video link is available.
